Terms Of Use

By accessing and/or using this website and any materials presented herein (the “Site”), you accept in their entirety the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms of Use”). Oakbridge Asset Management (“Oakbridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Each use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of access.

1. Limited License to Use the Site

Except as specifically permitted below, nothing in these Terms of Use or on the Site grants—or shall be construed to grant—any license or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content, materials, code, trademarks, logos, or service marks contained in or presented through the Site, including without limitation the Oakbridge name or logo. Oakbridge reserves and enforces all intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Oakbridge grants you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use. You may print pages from the Site in connection with that use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works of any part of the Site without Oakbridge’s prior written consent.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or promise of employment with Oakbridge. Any descriptions of roles or opportunities are informational only and subject to change. Any employment offer would be extended only through a formal, written offer letter and would be governed by the terms of that letter, not by the Site.

3. No Offer of Securities or Investment Advice

Under no circumstances should any material on this Site be interpreted as an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities or investment product. Any such offering will be made only pursuant to the applicable offering materials, and only in jurisdictions and to investors where and to whom it may lawfully be offered. Nothing on this Site should be construed as investment, legal, tax, or other advice.
